The Erlebnisberg Kappe in Winterberg is with its numerous outdoor offers one of the largest leisure providers in the region. These include the Panorama Adventure Bridge, the Kletterwald Winterberg , the summer toboggan run Winterberg, the Fly-Line, as well as the popular Bikepark Winterberg , which is known far beyond the borders of the country. In winter, the Erlebnisberg Kappe , with its two chairlifts and several ski runs - including the steepest descent north of the Main line - counts as Skiliftkarussell Winterberg . Each year hundreds of thousands of guests come to the vacation region Winterberg, a large part of this is also at the same time a guest at Erlebnisberg Kappe . Our team therefore consists meanwhile already of over 100 Mitarbeiter*innen, which offer in the summer and winter to our guests beautiful experiences.
What awaits you
Your tasks in the new job include:
- Check-in / check-out of house guests
- Friendly guest communication by e-mail, telephone and personally
- Creation of offers, reservation confirmations and invoices
- Deadline monitoring
- Maintenance of online booking portals and social media presences
- Complaints management
You will need this
You can inspire us with that:
- You have already gained experience in the hotel/accommodation industry
- You have user knowledge of MS Office and a hotel booking software, ideally PROTEL
- You are a passionate host and team player
- You work independently and carefully, are communicative and well organized
- You're resilient when there's a real buzz at rush hour
- You have very good written and spoken German skills, additionally English and/or Dutch
