Purpose of the processing
Purpose A: Logging of visits to the website based on the IP address to evaluate the number of visitors and pages viewed
Purpose B: Logging of system events with IP address for troubleshooting
Purpose C: Surname, first name, e-mail address, travel dates, number of persons as well as telephone and message for a non-binding booking request
Purpose D: Google Maps is used to provide maps to help locate and visualize our location

Legal basis of the processing
The processing of purposes A, B, D, E and I is carried out on the basis of legitimate interests in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) EU-DSA
The processing of purposes C and F is based on the voluntary consent of the data subject in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the EU DGM.

Legitimate interests of the processor
For Purpose A: The purpose of the website is to attract new contractors and provide information to interested parties. In order to be able to measure the effectiveness of this site and to be able to optimize the site on the basis of this data, the data of purpose A is collected.

On some of our Internet pages we use plugins from the provider YouTube. Newsletter
You can subscribe to a newsletter via the website. If you have subscribed to receive the Erlebnisberg Kappe newsletter, your e-mail address will be used for the purpose of personal contact, invitations and information about new products, projects and events until you unsubscribe. We use a confirmation process when setting up the subscription. We will only send you the newsletter by e-mail after confirmation of your registration. Your data will not be forwarded to third parties. Excluded are those partner companies who are responsible for the technical processing of sending the e-mails in response to your search request. In these cases, the scope of the transmitted data is limited to the extent required for this purpose. In order to prevent registration by third parties on your behalf, we are legally obliged to store the IP address and the time of your newsletter confirmation. On our website we offer payment via PayPal among other things. Purpose and legal basis of processing

We inform the interested parties for stays in our house about current offers and interesting information by means of different contact ways according to their given consents. In addition, we store additional information about our guests and their interests after consent has been granted, in order to offer them the most pleasant and fulfilling stay possible.

We process the data of our guests and interested parties for the preparation of offers, implementation of accommodation and supply, as well as for the settlement of services rendered and goods received.

Due to the Federal Registration Act (§ 29, 30), we are obliged to collect data of the guest and pass them on to the appropriate official body.

We also conduct video surveillance of certain areas to safeguard our house rights and protect against break-ins and theft.

The recording by video camera is intended in particular to prevent theft and vandalism. Misuse of our facility is also to be prevented or clarified.

Within the scope of the obligation to register, the data of the registration form will be passed on to the responsible registration authority.
If guests have opted for additional programs, events or other offers of the Erlebnisberg Kappe , the data necessary for the fulfillment of the guest's request will be transmitted by us to the respective provider.

Consequences of not providing the data
Data processing based on voluntary consent has no effect on the fulfillment of the contract. However, failure to do so would mean a loss of convenience for you. All other provided data will be collected and processed due to the fulfillment of the contract. A fulfillment of the contract is not possible without this data. The same applies to the data based on the Federal Registration Act. Without these, an overnight stay in our house is also not possible. In addition, the legislator provides for a fine of up to one thousand euros for refusal to report.
