For all sportsmen our house offers the perfect possibilities to let off steam and to become active in sports. Both the Bikepark Winterberg and the Skiliftkarussell Winterberg are less than 300 meters from the Hostel ; the popular hiking trail Rothaarsteig can be reached in 50 meters. Both in summer and winter, our group accommodation is the perfect starting point for all activities in and around Winterberg. And with the offers from Erlebnisberg Kappe there is even more entertainment, action and adventure for all sports enthusiasts.
The Bikepark Winterberg and the trail park make the biker's heart beat faster! Fast descents through forests, jumps and obstacles, specially prepared or natural - due to the diverse offer for bikers in Winterberg everyone will find the right route or the best trail for themselves. Start your adventure with your own equipment or rent bikes directly from us at Hostel. At the accommodation you will find a bike rental, a bike room for safe storage of your bikes, a drying room for wet clothes and of course some bike tools, which can be used for small repairs. We will gladly provide you with an experienced guide and trainer for your leisure program.
High up on up to 12 meters high you go in the Kletterwald Winterberg. Your group wants to lose the solid ground under your feet? No problem! Venture into a dizzying adventure where, after a short briefing, you'll be all alone at dizzy heights. Thanks to the latest safety technology, both carabiners can only be released at the end of each course. Will your group manage to overcome all courses and obstacles?
At Erlebnisberg Kappe you will also find many other attractions. These include the summer toboggan run and the Panorama Erlebnis Brücke.
Directly at Hostel Erlebnisberg Kappe we also offer some more offers of our sporty house. If you like it a bit more unusual, you can prove your accuracy in archery. On request we plan an active tournament with award ceremony for you! Who has the steadiest hand and is the most accurate? An exciting competition between you will show who will become the new Robin Hood.
In your free time you can also use our soccer field, the summer curling alley, the table soccer, table tennis but also our dartboard. So you will never get bored!
Of course,winter sportsmen do not come too briefly. The Hostel Erlebnisberg Kappe is within walking distance of the ski lift area Winterberg. Our house offers the optimal starting position for the perfect skiing day. All snow-covered slopes are connected with each other, so that you can reach everywhere from here. Modern lifts take you comfortably up the mountains again.
Directly in our accommodation you will find the ski rental Brinkmann, where you can get your equipment with Hostel discount. You can also bring your own equipment and deposit it in the ski cellar.
After an action-packed day with lots of excitement, fun and adventures around Hostel Winterberg we offer you cosy rooms in a convivial atmosphere. You will be exhausted, let yourself fall into the comfortable beds and recharge your batteries for the next day. Or perhaps you would like to sit together in your group room or enjoy the time together in our lounge.
So that your body doesn't get tired, we offer you a rich breakfast buffet as well as meals and snacks for lunch and dinner. With the right food, nothing can stop you. The big advantage: If you are nearby, you can enjoy a cheap lunch snack or a meal directly at Hostel. This saves you a lot of organisational effort and keeps the costs under control.
