You can easily reach us from the directions Schmallenberg and Bad Berleburg. On your way to Winterberg you follow the B236 and find us shortly before the city centre on the left side.
From Hallenberg simply follow the main road. After the tunnel, continue straight ahead. Then keep left towards Olpe. Another tunnel follows. It goes straight ahead again until you find us on the right side.
If you are coming from one of the directions Medebach, Brilon or Meschede, you have to take the exit at the first roundabout (with the small ski jump in the middle) towards Winterberg/Sportanlagen. At the next roundabout take the second exit in the direction of Winterberg/Sportanlagen. Afterwards, keep right at the next traffic light. You can follow the signs to Kahler Asten/Sportanlagen. At the traffic light after the tunnel you go straight ahead. You will find us after about 500 m on the right side.
Bus
Directly in front of our Hostel is the bus stop Poppenberg, Winterberg. The following lines stop here:

- BUS R 28 Bad Berleburg - Girkhausen - Winterberg
- BUS B2 WIN Winterberg - Kahler Asten - Neuastenberg - minor soaps - Langewiese

Take the Dortmund-Sauerland-Express RE 57 to Winterberg --> to the timetable
If you arrive by train, walk from the station in the direction of the market place. From there the path leads you along the entire Waltenberg to the St. Georg ski jump. Keep to the right and go straight towards the ski jump. If you now turn left in front of the mountain up to the ski jump, you will find yourself on a path parallel to the main road. You can simply follow this and you will be walking directly towards us. Depending on how fit you are and how much luggage you have with you, you should expect a walk of at least 25-30 minutes.
