Purpose of the processing
Purpose A: Logging of visits to the website based on the IP address to evaluate the number of visitors and pages viewed

Purpose B: Logging of system events with IP address for troubleshooting

Purpose C: Surname, first name, e-mail address, travel dates, number of persons as well as telephone and message for a non-binding booking request

Purpose D: Google Maps is used to provide maps to help locate and visualize our location

Purpose E: YouTube provides videos that are used to visualize content. These are fed by means of iframe.

Purpose F: E-mail address for the purpose of sending the newsletter at the recipient's request, logging of the registration on the basis of the IP address in order to prevent registrations by third parties, as well as personal data for content and technical optimisation (see "Newsletter" below)

Purpose G: Initiation and processing of a sales contract for vouchers

Purpose H: Payment via PayPal

Purpose I: Google Fonts is designed to use different fonts that are reliably displayed on all visitor systems.

 

Legal basis of the processing
The processing of purposes A, B, D, E and I is carried out on the basis of legitimate interests in accordance with Article 6 (1) (f) EU-DSA

The processing of purposes C and F is based on the voluntary consent of the data subject in accordance with Article 6(1)(a) of the EU DGM.

The processing of the purpose G and H is based on the performance of a contract in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (b) EU-DSGVO.

 

Legitimate interests of the processor
For Purpose A: The purpose of the website is to attract new contractors and provide information to interested parties. In order to be able to measure the effectiveness of this site and to be able to optimize the site on the basis of this data, the data of purpose A is collected.

For Purpose B: In order to be able to guarantee the technical availability of the site permanently, system events are stored and evaluated. In order to be able to detect and prevent intentionally caused events, all events are stored together with IP addresses.

For purpose D: To make the journey to our Hostel as easy as possible, we provide you with a map of how to get there.

For Purpose E: For distribution and image purposes, videos are made available to you so that it is possible to obtain comprehensive information about us without technical obstacles.

YouTube plugins

For the integration of videos we use the provider YouTube among others. YouTube is operated by YouTube LLC with headquarters at 901 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. YouTube is represented by Google Ireland Ltd, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

On some of our Internet pages we use plugins from the provider YouTube. If you call up the Internet pages of our Internet presence that are equipped with such a plug-in - for example our media library - a connection to the YouTube servers is established and the plug-in is displayed. This tells the YouTube server which of our Internet pages you have visited. If you are logged in as a member of YouTube, YouTube assigns this information to your personal user account. If you use the plugin, e.g. by clicking on the start button of a video, this information is also assigned to your user account. Newsletter

You can subscribe to a newsletter via the website. If you have subscribed to receive the Erlebnisberg Kappe newsletter, your e-mail address will be used for the purpose of personal contact, invitations and information about new products, projects and events until you unsubscribe. We use a confirmation process when setting up the subscription. We will only send you the newsletter by e-mail after confirmation of your registration. Your data will not be forwarded to third parties. Excluded are those partner companies who are responsible for the technical processing of sending the e-mails in response to your search request. In these cases, the scope of the transmitted data is limited to the extent required for this purpose. In order to prevent registration by third parties on your behalf, we are legally obliged to store the IP address and the time of your newsletter confirmation. In order that we can continuously optimize content and technical implementation, personal data is collected. These include e-mail delivery, marking as spam, time-precise opening and click rates per recipient and unsubscriptions. The analyses of clicked links (clickmap), country of origin, end devices used and e-mail clients are made anonymously. If you cancel your registration and no longer wish to receive the newsletter, you can object to further delivery at any time with effect for the future. It is sufficient to send a message to the contact data mentioned above. You will also find an unsubscribe button in the "Newsletter" section of our website.

 

PayPal
On our website we offer payment via PayPal among other things. The provider of this payment service is PayPal (Europe) S.à.r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg (hereinafter "PayPal"). Purpose and legal basis of processing

We inform the interested parties for stays in our house about current offers and interesting information by means of different contact ways according to their given consents. In addition, we store additional information about our guests and their interests after consent has been granted, in order to offer them the most pleasant and fulfilling stay possible.


Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO - Initiation and fulfillment of the contract

We process the data of our guests and interested parties for the preparation of offers, implementation of accommodation and supply, as well as for the settlement of services rendered and goods received.

Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c DSGVO - fulfillment of a legal obligation to which the controller is subject

Due to the Federal Registration Act (§ 29, 30), we are obliged to collect data of the guest and pass them on to the appropriate official body.

Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f DSGVO - Legitimate interest

We also conduct video surveillance of certain areas to safeguard our house rights and protect against break-ins and theft.

Explanation of legitimate interests
The recording by video camera is intended in particular to prevent theft and vandalism. Misuse of our facility is also to be prevented or clarified.

Recipient of the data
Within the scope of the obligation to register, the data of the registration form will be passed on to the responsible registration authority.

If guests have opted for additional programs, events or other offers of the Erlebnisberg Kappe , the data necessary for the fulfillment of the guest's request will be transmitted by us to the respective provider.

Should the video recordings be used to investigate vandalism, theft, etc., the recordings will be made available to the local police for prosecution.

Duration of storage
In accordance with the statutory retention periods.
For data based on a contract, up to three years after the end of the customer relationship.
In the case of voluntary data, up to two years after the end of the customer relationship or prematurely if consent is revoked.
Data collected on the basis of our legitimate interest will be deleted after 60 days.

Consequences of not providing the data
Data processing based on voluntary consent has no effect on the fulfillment of the contract. However, failure to do so would mean a loss of convenience for you. All other provided data will be collected and processed due to the fulfillment of the contract. A fulfillment of the contract is not possible without this data. The same applies to the data based on the Federal Registration Act. Without these, an overnight stay in our house is also not possible. In addition, the legislator provides for a fine of up to one thousand euros for refusal to report.

Right of complaint
